Positive: The property is centrally located, small 5min walk and you are at the beautiful Wanaka Lake.
Negative: The property needs updated pans, everything just stuck to the stainless steel pan. Would be great to have an air fryer appliance, great for kids.

Positive: This was one of our favourite places we stayed on our month long trip around New Zealand. It was a beautifully decorated villa. The bedrooms were great sizes and had ample room to hang up clothes and store belongings. The separate toilet to shower was helpful in a group of friends. Parking was easy. The shower was beautiful and the bathroom was big. The living area was very relaxing. We enjoyed having the fire on and watching TV in the evenings to relax. We also used the jacuzzi which was a nice treat and easy enough to walk from the property. The staff we met were lovely and were kind enough to let us check in early. A great area, we fell in love with Wanaka, and the villa was only a short and flat 10 minutes walk to the town and great places to eat and see. Washing facilities were excellent and the best we had on our trip. We intend to return!
Negative: Minor issue but room of improvement or at least for other guests to be aware - it would have been nice to have been provided with some oil for cooking.

Positive: Comfortable facilities. Warm and lovely quiet neighbourhood. So great to have laundry facilities. Comfortable bed. Everything we needed for a short stay. Lovely yard.
Negative: Noisy family next door during our stay unfortunately. Lots of banging on walls and loud voices. Was a 20 minute walk to town. Handy not to have to use the car considering limited parking but distance was at the upper limit of convenient walking access to town. Freezer didn’t work to freeze our small ice bricks over three days.

Positive: Excellent self catering facilities. The slow cooker was very welcome as we were able to put a meal on in the morning before going out to climb Roy’s Peak and then when we got back, we didn’t have to move our aching bones much!!! Washing machine was quick and there was plenty of hanging space outside (or indoors on an airer if we’d have needed it). We were shown a short cut to the lakefront by the owner, which made everywhere in Wanaka town centre walkable.
Negative: Duvet was too heavy and hot for our liking during our summer stay but the sheet was not enough on its own. Would have liked the option of a thin blanket instead
